Dr. Izquierdo is a Clinical Psychologist licensed in Kentucky and Ohio since 2003. She is the Managing Partner and Clinical Director of FFPA. Dr. Izquierdo completed her M.A. in Clinical Psychology in 1997 and Psy.D. in 2002 from Xavier University. She has worked in the field of mental health for more than 3 decades providing services in the private practice setting as well as within the community through contracts with various schools/community agencies in Northern Kentucky. In the past, Dr. Izquierdo has also worked in a variety of other clinical and forensic settings, both inpatient and outpatient, in NKY and Greater Cincinnati. She has expertise and training covering a broad range of clinical and presenting concerns as well as experience working with clients of various age groups and backgrounds. In addition to providing individual and family therapy services in the private practice, she often completes extensive psychological evaluations to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD, Specific Learning Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Developmental Delays, Anxiety, OCD, Mood Disorders, Behavior Disorders, Eating Disorders/Body Image concerns, and assessment of trauma/abuse as well as issues related to family divorce/separation and reunification.
